At Espokes Electric Bikes, we offer convenient delivery options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. For those located near our Wincanton, Somerset store, we provide the option for in-person pickup, with an average availability of 3 – 5 working days from payment.
For customers preferring home delivery, we typically use Royal Mail, with an estimated shipment window of 3 – 10 working days from payment.

It’s important to note that charges may apply for ebike deliveries, and we advise contacting us directly to confirm availability and prices before placing your order.
Additionally, any online orders requiring refunds will incur costs.
Upon the arrival of your electric bike, it will be handled differently based on the dispatch method. If your bike is shipped, it will arrive boxed to ensure its safety during transit. In this instance, we kindly ask you to meticulously unpack your bike and keep all packaging and the box intact for potential returns.
However, if we are personally delivering your electric bike, rest assured that it will arrive unboxed, fully assembled, and ready for your ride. This way, you can enjoy your new bike immediately without any assembly required.
For orders exceeding £20 in value, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. We do not leave goods without a signature.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs vary depending on the destination and product type. Shipping for electric bikes outside our area will incur charges, and it’s essential to confirm availability and prices beforehand to avoid cancellation costs. Parts and accessories shipping is charged at £6.99.
