After six weeks (or about 200 miles) everything on your new bike will have settled down, gear cables may have stretched and everything will have bedded down. We offer a FREE six-week inspection to check everything is working okay and that cables haven’t stretched unduly.

Laura
Laura goes beyond just selling bikes – she organises captivating cycle tours of the local area, making cycling a joyous experience for all. Her enthusiasm is contagious, inspiring people to embrace electric bikes for health, fitness, and social connections.
Laura holds a Level 1 qualification in ride leadership and a Level 2 certification in instructing cycle training. Leveraging her expertise, she actively contributes to the community by teaching Bikeability in schools for Somerset Council.

Lucrezia (Lu)
Lu is responsible for the day to day management of Espokes.
Having acquired her welcome host badge she will be able to give you information and advice to meet your specific needs providing you with an accessible and friendly service.
You will often find Lu on the Espokes stand at many events throughout the South and she is great at delivering effective and engaging presentations to clubs, organisations and businesses.
Lu also loves the outdoors and riding her ebike to assist Laura taking people out on the tours.
Howard
Howard runs the servicing, repairs and maintenance department. He is Cytech ebike qualified and Espokes is a certified dealer for Bosch, TranzX and Shimano Steps.
Howard has been in business many years and brings with him a vast amount of experience and invaluable knowledge.
Having always been a keen cyclist he has done extensive research into this rapidly growing market and is able to answer/advise on most things; if he doesn’t know the answer he will find out.
