Espokes is an independent family run retailer. We care about each of our customers and dedicate our time and expertise into pairing the right bike to each person so it fulfils their needs and works with their lifestyle. Nothing makes us happier than seeing our customers whizzing about on their new purchase with a massive grin on their face.

We won’t be beaten on customer service and will advise on any accessories or components you may need as well as fitting them to your new ebike for you.

Each ebike that leaves our shop is fully charged, checked and ready to ride away. Our ebike certified mechanic will have done a pre-delivery inspection and test ride to make sure everything is in good working order.

We’re Bosch accredited eBike experts, based in Somerset. We can provide you with assistance and check the health of your Bosch eBike system using diagnostic software, as well as downloading the latest updates available for your ebike.

After six weeks (or about 200 miles) everything on your new bike will have settled down, gear cables may have stretched and everything will have bedded down. We offer a FREE six-week inspection to check everything is working okay and that cables haven’t stretched unduly.

With the best will in the world, sometimes things do go wrong, through no fault of your own, or in the event of an accident, or maybe you just can’t remember which button to press to switch the lights on. You can rest assured if you buy from Espokes, we are always on hand to help you as best we can. Whether it is on the end of a phone, email or face to face.

Being independent is a great advantage. All the brands we stock, we have selected after extensive research of the ebike market. We have chosen ebikes which are good value for money, stylish and from suppliers who offer us great back up and support.

We stock everything from a folding ebike at £1,199 to an eMTB capable of mountain bike trails and everything in between.

All our ebikes come with a minimum one year warranty on frames, motor and battery.
