What to bring with you to your Ebike Test Ride
- Photo ID (either a valid passport or a full driver’s license)
- 2 forms of identification displaying your name and address (e.g. driver’s licence and utility bill)
- Payment of £100 (cash or card) will be held and given back upon the safe return of the ebike.
- A chip-and-pin debit or credit card
- A helmet (we do have helmets we can loan you)
During the test ride, we’ll hold onto your photo ID, along with identification that shows your name and address, as well as payment of £100. Rest assured, everything will be returned to you upon the safe return of the ebike. Feel free to bring your own helmet, or you can use one provided by us.
You’ll need to fill out a form and read and agree to some basic ground rules.
If you are 14 years old or over but under 18, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult to test ride an ebike, as the legal age for riding an electric bike is 14.
We limit test rides to a maximum of 15 minutes, and we do not permit off-road test rides.
We reserve the right to refuse test rides.
