The almost completely noise-free 250watt Bosch Active Line Plus motor will assist you up to 15.5mph (the maximum speed allowed by UK/EU regulation) and gives a higher level of pedal rate detection to improve cycling efficiency so you can get the maximum enjoyment out of your journeys.
The Bosch 500Wh PowerPack
Powered by the hidden 36 volts 500wh lithium-ion powertube battery. This gives an impressive range of up to 100 miles* per full charge.
It takes four hours from flat to charge the battery.
The Bosch Intuvia Display
The handlebar-mounted Bosch Intuvia Display display delivers a complete range of information showing you everything you need to know whilst riding. This includes a battery indicator, management of four power support modes including a walk-assist function (taking the bike up to 4mph), LED lights front and rear, a tripometer and speed indicator.
The Active Line Plus motor offers an almost completely noise-free experience and a higher level of pedal rate detection to improve cycling efficiency so you can get maximum enjoyment out of your journeys.
Suntour suspension fork, suspension seat post, adjustable handlebar stem, a traditional bell and a wheel lock for added security all make for fantastic comfort and convenience.
Available in a low-step frame style makes getting on and off the bike much easier. With a comfortable upright riding position ideal for long rides or commuting to work.
The almost completely noise-free Bosch Active line Plus mid-motor gives smooth acceleration combined with either Alvio 9-speed or Nexus 7-speed gearing covering every base with a broad range of gears for every situation.
Braking is covered by Tektro T285 hydraulic disc brakes, whilst Schwalbe Road Cruiser tyres keep your wheels firmly planted on the road.
The frame is warranted for five years.
Components are warranted for two years.
The right is reserved to inspect the battery for signs of neglect, lack of use, misuse or immersion in water.
Consumable items such as brake pads and tyres are not covered unless of faulty construction.
*This will vary depending on the weight of the cyclist, frequent use of pedal assist, the air pressure in tyres, road condition, etc.

On a warm sunny day, I cannot think of a more pleasant experience than cycling on my Raleigh Motus GT. Steep, long upward hills are a pleasure to conquer because it’s like taking mild exercise. I frequently cycle from home to Wincanton ((12 -14 miles return) or Shepton Mallet (16 miles), both of which routes include many steep and semi-steep hills. There are various degrees of battery assistance to choose from on the Motus, going right up to ‘turbo’, and the sense of confidence which I feel when I approach any hill is exhilarating. It is a great way to quickly lose unwanted pounds around the waist without strain. I recently cycled over 40 miles on a route with many steep hills, and afterwards felt that glow one gets after a workout. By the way, I am 71 years old, and it is quite satisfying when I zoom past much younger cyclists as if I were a racing pro, though up to now I have managed to resist the strong temptation to shout out ‘chase’! The quick and excellent service I receive from E spokes, a friendly family business, is a huge bonus. Get yourself this bike and I assure you, you won’t be disappointed!
